I am the Founder and Medical Director of MiraMe Medical & Regenerative Aesthetics, established in December 2021 with a clear mission: to help every patient look, feel, and live their absolute best.
With more than 25 years of healthcare experience, my journey began in 2001 as a Jersey girl stepping into the nursing profession with a passion for patient care. Over the years, I have had the privilege of serving as a Postpartum Nurse, Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner, Director of Nurse Practitioners, and now as a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner.

Becoming a nurse practitioner allowed me to expand my impact — from caring for newborns during their most delicate moments to supporting patients through every stage of life. My diverse clinical background has shaped my holistic, compassionate approach to care.

Today, I specialize in blending functional medicine with regenerative and aesthetic treatments to help patients heal, restore, and enhance their natural beauty from the inside out. I believe true confidence begins with optimal health, hormonal balance, and feeling aligned in both body and mind.

Jose Guzman

Office Manager

Jose L. Guzman, III, was born in New Jersey. He is the catalyst that convinced his family to move to Phoenix, AZ, in 2016 after a family vacation. His original passion is teaching and writing. He wrote for several magazines and websites in NYC. He started his teaching career in NJ, FL, LA, & TX. Teaching high school English, progressing to teaching the visually impaired/blind, to teaching orientation and mobility to blind children and adults.

He is the office manager of the practice. When he is not teaching students, he is often seen reading, writing, and watering his wife’s desert garden. He is married and is the fun parent for their 3 children.

Karina Edoff

Registered Nurse

Hi, my name is Karina and I’ve been a registered nurse for 5 years. I’m originally from California but have been in Arizona for 8 years now. Prior to starting my nursing journey I was a Hospital Corpsman in the Navy for 5 years. During that time I had the opportunity to live in Illinois, Texas, Florida, and California. Florida was definitely my favorite since I loved being so close the ocean. During my time off I love spending quality time with my husband, baby boy, our dog and rescue cats. I’m also a huge fan of crime documentaries and podcasts. I’m very excited to be a part of the MiraMe family. I look forward to meeting all of you, helping you achieve your health, and beauty goals!

Amber Bowen

Hi, I’m Amber! I’ve been a registered nurse since 2018, starting my career in the emergency department before transitioning into aesthetics in 2019. With 7 years of experience in aesthetic nursing, I’m passionate about helping patients feel confident in their own skin. I like to focus on creating personalized treatment plans that align with your goals and help you feel like the best version of yourself.

Originally from California, I later grew up in Maine and attended college in upstate New York before relocating to Arizona in 2023 to further pursue my passion for aesthetics— and to never deal with a blizzard ever again!

Outside of work, I enjoy prioritizing self-care through fitness, massage, and even experiencing the same aesthetic treatments I provide for my patients, with Botox as my personal favorite. I also love soaking up the Arizona sun, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with my tiny, fluffy, squish-faced rescue cat, Emmie, who closely resembles Marie from The Aristocats.

Hi, my name is Analicia and I was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. I’ve been a registered nurse for five years. I began my career in the Progressive Care Unit where I learned to be quick on my feet and adaptable to any challenge that came my way. I have since been in aesthetics for the past three years where I’ve learned the art of assessing and injecting many beautiful faces. My goal is to always deliver the most natural results so you feel like a refreshed version of yourself!
